Estimated transit times are received via email with the email provided at checkout. Confirmation and/or tracking information will be provided by the shipping company directly to you. KaraRemiiCosmetics.com has no affiliation with any shipping providers, nor does KaraRemiiCosmetics.com hold any responsibility and/or liability once the product is in transit. If you have any shipping concerns please contact the shipping provider directly.

International Shipping

KaraRemiiCosmetics.com holds the same policy for international and domestic shipping. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for processing and delivery. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the soul responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note that on rare occasions, custom officers may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on your countries customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office directly. 

 

Exchange Rates

 

All prices shown on KaraRemiiCosmetics.com are in U.S. Dollars. If you need a currency conversion calculator, please refer to a online daily updated website, such as yahoo.finance.com or similar. Exchange rates change daily and KaraRemiiCosmetics.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please not that your credit card processor may charge a conversion rate fee for international charges.

Return & Exchange Policy​

If for any reason a product is believed to be defective or incorrect please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so that we may assist you further at customerservice@kararemiicosmetics.com.

*Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery, after filing claim with KaraRemiiCosmetics.com. 

*Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Used Merchandise is nonrefundable or store credit only.

*Sale or discounted items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit, if the product was damaged and/or defective.

Please keep in mind KaraRemiiCosmetics.com is not responsible for stolen, damaged, misplaced, lost or any delayed shipments. Customers will have to open a case directly with the shipping provider.
